Lisa Cosmillo, Designated Broker
Lisa has been a licensed broker for more than 20 years and a licensed managing broker for about 15. Lisa has spent a great deal of her career working with commercial real estate needs. She has represented tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers. About 15 years ago, her clients began requesting her expertise in residential real estate as well.
A few years ago, Lisa created Insight Advantage LLC, which is a boutique firm that specializes in giving its clients very personalized and ethical real estate services.
Lisa lives in Olympia with her husband, 2 dogs and a cat. When she is not selling real estate, Lisa is teaching yoga at one of her Firefly Yoga studios.

Ronny has been a licensed real estate broker for 3 years. Ronny, co-owner of Firefly Yoga, spends most of his time teaching yoga and as a yoga therapist in training. When he is not teaching yoga, he directs his wisdom and grace to helping people find the home of their dreams. His wise and gentle guidance can help you find what you are really looking for and hone in on your choices.
Claire Halperin, Broker
Claire’s passion for helping her clients with real estate is paramount. She is professional in all of her dealings and is a natural at negotiation and customer service.
Claire holds both Washington and Missouri real estate licenses, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management and Hospitality Development from Arizona State University. Her business and customer service experience make her the perfect real estate guide.
Claire and her fiancé have two adorable dogs that live with them in their Port Orchard, WA home. On her days off, Claire enjoys traveling, skiing, drawing, painting, listening to music and meeting new people.
